All data within each area must be removed before that area can be deleted. If you are experiencing problems with deleting information, you should go back and check the respective pages to ensure that all the data has in fact been deleted. The following may help you in this effort. Obviously, fields that require entering information manually are identified easily and removed accordingly. However, several items, which are generally overlooked, may cause this problem to continue if not removed as well. These include:

1. Radio buttons being cleared - no Yes or No response should be selected.

2. Drop down menus should be changed back to the "blank" position. A response should not be visible from the drop down menu.
