Let's say I enter all my tax information, and then decide not to file with your company. What happens to the information I've already entered?
If there is no completion, no electronic filing, no print out of return for mail submission, then your information will be held securely as an unfinished return, ready for you to access again whenever you choose. If the season ends with the data incomplete, it will show up in our statistics as an incomplete/abandoned return, and cleared out when the year is closed.
