I forgot my login information, user ID or password. Can you send it to me if I can't remember?

If you are using the same computer where you started your return, a list of your user IDs should appear on the login page. If you wish to continue working with one of these returns, click on the user ID. If you are not using the same computer or if you have cleared your cookies, you can click the "Forgot your user ID?" link on the login page. You will be asked for the e-mail address that you entered in your return. If this information matches the information you entered when you created your return we will e-mail your user ID to the e-mail address in the return.

If you know your user ID but have forgotten your password, you can click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. You will be asked for your user ID and the answer to your security question. If this information matches the information that you entered when you created your login, we will e-mail your password to the e-mail address in the return.
